What You’ll Be Doing
- Implement sales strategies throughout a Sales rotational program across various disciplines such as DLS, Inside Sales, Account Management and more.
- Support customers by working with leaders to understand their needs and create tailored Danfoss solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Develop and execute account strategies, working alongside experienced sales teams to win new opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—from engineering to marketing—to turn technical expertise into commercial success.
- Grow your leadership and communication skills through structured workshops, mentoring, and feedback-driven learning experiences.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field).
- A growth mindset—you’re curious, adaptable, and see challenges as opportunities to learn.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence others.
- A genuine interest in sales, technology, and sustainable innovation.
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate during program rotations as you grow your career.
- Previous experience in industrial sales, automation controls, or engineering firms preferred

- The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000–$90,000 CAD + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
